DHAKAD LEADERSHIP
This Program will help you on your Journey towards becoming a DHAKAD LEADER You will undergo 6 Sessions spread over 6 weeks . Each session of approx. 90-100 min duration. At the end of each session you will be subjected to randomized online test On successful completion you will be awarded a Certificate.
Each session is broken up into 2 Parts :
PART 1 : THE LEARNING SESSION: (60 MIN)
This session comprises of :
• An e-learning Module
• A psychometric Test
• A Case Study analysis
• A Topic Specific pre recorded video
PART 2 : GROUP SHARING CUM COACHING SESSION: (30-45 MIN)
• The session will be hosted live by a subject matter expert
• You will be inputted on the specific topic .It will be a live interface with you
• Will be held on every Saturday morning 11am.
• All participants will be required to join.
• If you miss the session you will have access to a video recorded view of the session
